Launched in April 2026 after development began in October 2025, Best of Delmarva extends the Best of OCNJ model to the Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia peninsula, showcasing the best restaurants, beaches, events, and local experiences across the coastal region.
The Big Idea
For anyone exploring the Delmarva coast, Best of Delmarva is the friendly, local guide to the whole peninsula, from the beaches to the backroads.
Why we're building it
Delmarva is a patchwork of beach towns, bay communities, and small-town main streets spread across three states. Visitors often know one town well and miss everything else nearby, and there's no single, friendly guide that ties the region together.
Best of OCNJ proved the format works. Delmarva is a larger region with the same appetite for local, trustworthy recommendations.

Look and Feel
Best of Delmarva uses the same wordmark system as Best of OCNJ: BEST in ocean blue, OF in bold red, and DELMARVA in sunshine yellow, on clean white with sand and ocean accents. The shared system makes the “Best of” brands instantly recognizable as a family while each region gets its own photography and stories.
The full logo stacks BEST, OF, and DELMARVA in blue, red, and yellow with an illustration of the region's bridge, lighthouse, and shoreline, shown on black. Like Best of OCNJ, the website uses a one-line wordmark in the same colors. Together they form the “Best of” family within Eastern Studios.
